"We were 3 days into our journey starting from Vancouver Island and heading to the east coast of Canada and a check engine light came on in our Leisure van rv. Tried several dealerships and they were too busy to see us. As soon as I explained our situation the Watkins Ford
service rep got us in first thing the next morning. They got it fixed that day. Problem was rodent damage to an edible tube extending back related to emissions. They had us up and running in no time.

Our salesman Tyler was amazing - extremely accommodating, helpful, and he truly listened to all our needs. The entire team at the dealership was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
After purchasing our car, we visited the service department for new tires and to check a noise. Again, the service was top! A huge thank you to Don and Brad for being so professional and helpful. Thank you for the great experience and the excellent service!
