"I had car issues which turned out to be my battery. Ford got me in right away, kept me in the loop of what was happening and solved the issue all within an afternoon. They didn’t turn me away especially being away from out of town! They were friendly staff and caring. All in all I had a great experience and would recommend ford for all ford owners!

"Took a brand new Ford F350, bought in Smithers, as the air conditioning did not work on the drive down. Watkins Ford had the truck for two days and said it was fixed. Picked it up on a Saturday when the service department was closed and tried the air conditioner in the parking lot. It was not repaired. Can not get another appointment for another week. Very disappointed!! UPDATE: Received a call yesterday regarding this situation. Took the truck back today and apparently it is a recall on 2025 F350. We will be taking the truck back to our dealer we bought it from for warranty. Thank you for the call back.

"I’ve been using the service department at Watkin Motors in Vernon for over three years now and would highly recommend anyone needing their vehicle services to use them. Once again Andree went over and above for my Brother who needed his F150 looked at while visiting from the coast. Andree squeezed him in on short notice and they were able to do what was needed for him to get back home. Along with a list of services that he needed to look at when he got home.
