"Shane was fantastic and worked with our budget to find the right truck. Upfront and honest, made the process much easier and explained financing options clearly. Great product knowledge, and took the time to say “let me check on that” for anything he didn’t know.
Curt, Luke, and Brad were also great - whole process gets 6/5 stars.

"Walked out with a brand new truck from Watkin Motors Ford. I have know Curt for just over 10 years and we have been going back and forth for past 3 years to get me into ford as i have been a GMC guy for past 10 years. We were finally able to find the truck that i wanted on a payment that i wanted. I just want to give a huge shout out to Curt and Sherry for their impeccable customer service and also thanks to Luke and Abby for greeting us with smile and welcoming us to the Ford family. "Hands down the most amazing buying experience I've ever had. I was in the market for a new truck and got in touch with Kevin, he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He ended up finding me this perfect 2025 F-150 and I couldn't be happier. The level of customer service is unmatched at this dealership!!! Sherry in the finance office was also great to deal with, always made sure to update me throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Watkin Ford. "We had some of ignition issues on the coquihalla on a trip from Victoria that were concerning and we were worried we would not make it, or be stuck waiting to get repairs done. Phoned Watkin Motors and they were able to get me in the next morning. Brad and the team were incredibly helpful, got new plugs in and a full tuneup all done before noon (gave me a lift to a restaurant and then picked me back up in the meantime) and I was able to get back up to Silverstar to join my family, and truck ran great all the way home, saved the trip! Really appreciated how they were able to move things around to get me in, and fixed it both quicker and at less cost than they predicted!

All hands on deck and literary within 20 minutes Rob and team (who were on their way home) rolled up their sleeves and had a new hose installed!
