What’s new on the 2027 Ford Explorer?
All 2027 Ford Explorer models now come with the available Ford Security Package, included for a year from the new-vehicle warranty start date or available as a one-time purchase option. There are two new colours available — Avalanche Grey and Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat.
Many models also have new options available. Platinum™ can be upgraded with the available 3.0-litre EcoBoost® engine, which also includes a variety of features like quilted leather seating surfaces and an exclusive wheel style. Tremor® models with the 3.0-litre EcoBoost engine can now add the Sun & Sound Package, which includes an upgraded B&O® Sound System, massaging front seats, and a power moonroof. ST offers a brand-new dark appearance package, the Sinister Package, which includes an exclusive wheel style and amber accent lights. Active, ST-Line, Platinum, and ST allow you to delete the standard roof rails with the Slick Roof Conversion option.
