Ford Employee Pricing is the one time each year you pay what a Ford employee pays. It is on now at Watkin Motors Ford in Vernon — and for us it ends Tuesday, September 29, a day before the national deadline, because we are closed on September 30 for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
If you have been waiting for the right moment on a new F-150, Bronco or Super Duty, this is the stretch of the year where the arithmetic changes.

Pay what we pay on most new 2026 Fords. Our vehicle pages break the price down, so you can see the Employee Pricing reduction before you speak to anyone.

What Ford Employee Pricing actually means
It is not a percentage off a sticker someone inflated first. Employee Pricing is the A-Plan price — the same published price a Ford of Canada employee pays — plus whatever incentives you already qualify for on that particular vehicle.
That second half gets missed, and it matters. The employee price is the starting point, not the finish line. Per Ford's Employee Pricing FAQ, its programs for newcomers, new graduates and first-time buyers combine with it — one of them, on top of the employee price. If you fit one of those, you do better than the employee does.
You also do not need to order anything. Ford confirms Employee Pricing applies to existing dealer inventory — which means the trucks and SUVs sitting on 27th Street today.

See the discount on the actual vehicle
We would rather show you a real number on a real truck than quote a range. Our 2026 listings break the price down for you: the MSRP, the Employee Pricing reduction, and any delivery allowance on that unit. If a listing does not show it, ask us and we will run the number.
Prices and availability change daily during a campaign like this, so the listing is always the current word.
Which 2026 models qualify
- Ford Bronco
- Ford Bronco Sport
- Ford Explorer
- Ford F-150
- Ford Super Duty (F-250 and F-350)
- Ford Maverick
- Ford Mustang
- Ford Mustang Mach-E
- Ford Ranger
What does not qualify
Worth knowing before you come in. Ford draws firm lines here, and you should hear them from us now rather than at the desk.
It is 2026 model year only. A 2025 on our used lot may still be the better buy for your budget, but it will not carry this price, and Ford grants no exceptions.
Excluded 2026 models: Escape, Expedition, Transit and E-Transit, chassis cab and cutaway models, the F-450, and the F-650 and F-750. On the performance side the F-150 Raptor, Ranger Raptor, Bronco Raptor, Bronco Stroppe Edition and Mustang Dark Horse are all out.
Questions we get asked
Do I have to work for Ford to get Employee Pricing?
No. During the campaign, any customer who buys or leases an eligible new 2026 Ford gets the employee price. That is the whole point of the event.
Can I combine it with other Ford offers?
Ford's Employee Pricing FAQ states that its special incentive programs for newcomers, new graduates and first-time buyers are combinable with Ford Employee Pricing. You can apply one of them — they do not stack with each other. Each has its own eligibility conditions, so ask us to confirm which ones you qualify for rather than assuming.
Do I need to factory order a vehicle?
No. Employee Pricing applies to vehicles already in our inventory. On several 2026 lines factory ordering has closed for the year anyway, so what is on the ground is what is available.
When is the real last day at Watkin Motors?
Tuesday, September 29. The national program runs to September 30, but we are closed that day for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, so the 29th is the last day to sign with us. The final few days of a campaign like this are the busiest, so if you are leaving it late it is worth calling ahead rather than arriving on spec.
Buy a new Ford. Get your number. Win $10,000.
Purchase an eligible new Ford and you receive a number for our $10,000 cash giveaway. Numbers are limited. The draw is on Wednesday, October 14 and every number holder is invited — appetizers, refreshments and plenty of other prizes on the day. Numbers come off one by one until a single number is left: last number standing wins $10,000.
Employee Pricing ends here on Tuesday, September 29, and numbers go as vehicles do. Buy before the 29th and you get both.
