Shaun was a great salesman, I would highly recommend him based off his knowledge and experience in ford vehicles. He knew what was best for my commute and what vehicle would save me the most on fuel while still being practical for my family. The whole team down to the sales manager, finance manager, the service team that swapped my tires and let’s not forget the detail team that had my car sparkling at time of pick up. I just received exceptional customer service from the Watkin Motors Service department. Bobby Nagpal saved us over $1,000 in repair fees when he noticed our low mileage and determined that the repair was still covered under warranty. We needed the repairs done right away as we were going on a trip and Steve Cooper rush ordered the part so that it could be repaired the next day before our trip. Michelle Ryall was also very helpful in assisting Bobby with entering information to try to help things on their way. All in all we are so impressed with the service we received from Bobby, Steve and Michelle and their fantastic teamwork. Thank you!
