I just received exceptional customer service from the Watkin Motors Service department. Bobby Nagpal saved us over $1,000 in repair fees when he noticed our low mileage and determined that the repair was still covered under warranty. We needed the repairs done right away as we were going on a trip and Steve Cooper rush ordered the part so that it could be repaired the next day before our trip. Michelle Ryall was also very helpful in assisting Bobby with entering information to try to help things on their way. All in all we are so impressed with the service we received from Bobby, Steve and Michelle and their fantastic teamwork. Thank you!

Not sure where to start. Tyler the salesman was fantastic. Even came in on his day off to help me out. Even at the last minute Sherry was trying to get me a better deal. And she did! When I arrived my interest rate was lower, shaved a year off the financing term and kept my payments the same!! In these trying times having a business go the extra mile saving you money instead of gouging me for profit is rare! Thank you Watkins Motors. I highly recommend this dealership.

We were 3 days into our journey starting from Vancouver Island and heading to the east coast of Canada and a check engine light came on in our Leisure van rv. Tried several dealerships and they were too busy to see us. As soon as I explained our situation the Watkins Ford service rep got us in first thing the next morning. They got it fixed that day. Problem was rodent damage to an edible tube extending back related to emissions. They had us up and running in no time. Friendly, informative and efficient.. Thank you, Greg Gill👍
